Michael jackson muslam

MICHAEL JACKSON has become a Muslim — and changed his name to MIKAEEL.

The skint superstar, 50, donned Islamic garb to pledge allegiance to the Koran in a ceremony at a pal’s mansion in Los Angeles, The Sun can reveal.

Jacko sat on the floor wearing a tiny hat after an Imam was summoned to officiate — days before the singer is due to appear at London’s High Court where he is being sued by an Arab sheik.

A source told last night how Jacko, brought up as a Jehovah’s Witness, decided to convert as he used a studio at the home of his chum to record a new album.

“An Imam was summoned from the mosque and Michael went through the shahada, which is the Muslim declaration of belief.” Mikaeel is the name of one of Allah’s angels.

“Jacko rejected an alternative name, Mustafa — meaning “the chosen one”.

Michael jackson break dnce

Michael Jackson seems to be following the same blueprint Gary Coleman mapped out. Both were child stars with a lot of cake, and now both are broker than 2 homeless dudes break dancing for one more rock in Central Park. Just like Coleman, Jackson is placing items for sale on the internet in a live auction sale on April 21st. Among the valuables being hawked, the same glittery glove worn in his 1983 video for Billy Jean. Also up for grabs, one of the gates that once enclosed Neverland Ranch. SMH. It seems that not all of the profits will be going into Jackson’s pockets, as he plans to donate a sum to charity, Music Cares, which helps musicians in need.

Ok, let’s keep it real, Music Cares is going to get slipped like $1 in a gold envelope with tape on the back of it, so they can’t open that sh*t up on TV and say “What the f*ck?!?!” We’re sure everyone in Music Cares has their own place to live and is in reasonable everyday American debt, you know like $30,000-$60,000. Mike owes like $200 million, not even counting the amount he still owes “Sheik Long Name.” Secondly, who in the Hot F*ck wants a gate? Oh gosh lol we’re so done…. So M.O. readers get them credit cards ready, because on April 21st one of you lucky people will get the glove. Trust and believe that will be some serious chick bait. Fellas, can you imagine tapping some @ss while pulling her micro braids hard as hell with the glitter glove? LOL!

Michael jackson moon walk

Now as people know, Michael Jackson is one of the most famous performers in the history of popular music and that he is also one of the best dancers ever. Well people know that in 1983, Jackson made history when he performed the “moonwalk” at Motown 25, well it has since been confirmed that Jackson learned the dance from a variation of dancers including Soul Train’s and Shalamar member Jeffrey Daniels, Michael “Boogaloo” Shrimp and Poppin’ Pete among other dancers who all originated from the Bay Area of California. The dance actually has roots in black culture going as far back as the 1930s before Michael polished it and made it his own. Here are just two videos to explain some of the origins from that legendary trademark dance that helped to make Michael Jackson the “king of pop”:

Right at the top of my head, I'd have to say my most favorite songs from the Thriller album of 1982 would have to be "Human Nature", and this song right here, "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)".

"P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)" was originally written by Michael and buddy Greg Phillinganes (who at the time, had finished working on one of Stevie Wonder's greatest albums of all time- Songs In The Key of Life)- and was written as a more mid-tempo R&B jam.

When tracks were being laid down, Quincy Jones (who was producing the Thriller album) wanted this particular song to be more upbeat- so he re-wrote it and so it was Jones' version that appeared on the first commercial Thriller release. Dude, whatever Quincy says, goes, I suppose.

In any case, MJ's original version of "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)" can also be heard on disc 2 of Michael Jackson: The Ultimate Collection. In Thriller 25, the original demo is remixed as "P.Y.T. 2008", but this time featuring will.i.am.

A search on YouTube reveals that perhaps no video was made of "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)", unlike the bigger hits "Billie Jean", "Beat It" and "Thriller". You do have a number of tribute videos that use clips from other Michael Jackson vids.
